If we are unable to provide the reserved vehicle of service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a suitable alternative at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Non-Refundable Services
Fees for special requests and add-ons such as child seats, GPS systems, additional drivers, and insurance coverage are non-refundable once booked.
Exceptions
In case of severe weather, natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.
