STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All quoted rates are in Ringgit Malaysia.

2. The quoted rates are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation or otherwise stated.

3. Full-Day Chauffeur:

• The rates quoted are inclusive of driver, fuel, parking charges, tolls and driver’s lodging or meal allowance, where applicable.
• Rates are based on a standard usage unless otherwise specified by the client.
• Additional charge per hour will be imposed on the customer for the additional hours.
• The rates are subject to change based on the itinerary and any location changes.
• Please ensure punctuality and strict adherence to our timing guidelines.

4. Airport Transfer:

• These rates apply strictly to a single pick-up and drop-off location.
• For any additional pick-up and/or drop-off points other than the initially agreed upon, an additional fee per additional point will be imposed.
• Please ensure punctuality and strict adherence to our timing guidelines.
• The first hour of waiting is free. Additional charge will be imposed on the clients if the waiting time exceeds one (1) hour, which may be due to the baggage loss or un-updated flight delays.
• For a return transfer to the airport, the pick-up time is at least 4 hours before the departure time.

5. A surcharge will be applied for service provided between 2300hrs to 0700hrs.

6. All supplied vehicles are 5 years old or less, or otherwise stated and are all in good condition, well-maintained and roadworthy.

7. Vehicles are subject to availability. Early confirmation and arrangement are highly preferable.

8. Payment Terms:

• 50% upon confirmation and the balance of 50% is to be settled 14 days before the disbursement of the service.
• On certain occasions and/or situations, payment can also be made after the disbursement of the services at an agreed period as stated in the quotation.
